Renewal by Andersen is seeking enthusiastic Event Marketing Specialists / Appointment Setters to represent our brand at retail locations, community events, home shows, and partner venues in the Springfield area.

This full-time role offers training, coaching, and clear pathways into sales and leadership, with opportunities to engage homeowners and set in-home consultations for our premium windows and doors.

Qualifications
