Qualifications

• Less than High School education or one month of related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Availability for special shift requirements, including weekends and third shift if needed.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate clearly with customers and employees.
• Ability to handle cash and perform basic money operations accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions in a courteous manner.
• Process payments for parking services and manage cash transactions.
• Direct traffic flow and guide customers to locations.
• Maintain neat appearance and complete uniform at all times.
• Arrive on time for each scheduled shift and be reliable.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the supervisor.
