Qualifications

• Less than High School education or 1 month of related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to work 3rd shift and weekends if needed.
• Ability to read and write simple instructions and communicate clearly.
• Ability to handle money and perform basic arithmetic.
• Maintain neat appearance in uniform.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers courteously and answer questions.
• Process payments for parking services and manage traffic flow at the gate.
• Arrive on time and wear a neat, complete uniform.
• Provide directions and inform customers about locations around the city.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
• Report accidents or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Learn each Special Event location and requirements.
• Count starting cash and verify cash at shift start.
• Collect cash and coupons and secure money.
• Make change and issue receipts or tickets for transactions.
• Verify transactions and complete cashier shift reports.
