Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short memos, and brief communications.
• Ability to add/subtract two-digit numbers and work with currency.
• Maintain neat and clean appearance in uniform at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and provide courteous service.
• Handle payments for parking services and issue receipts or tickets.
• Ensure timely arrival to shifts and maintain a neat uniform.
• Provide directions and knowledge of surrounding locations to customers.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
• Report accidents, violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to management.
• Notify supervisors of debris, spills, or hazards.
• Learn each event location requirements and procedures.
• Count cash at shift start and verify starting total.
• Collect cash and/or coupons and secure cash.
• Make change, issue receipts, and reconcile shift transactions.
