SP+ is seeking Special Events Attendants to support sports and entertainment events. The team values friendly interactions, reliable service, and a neat uniform. You will help guests, handle cash transactions, and ensure smooth traffic flow at facility entrances and exits.

Qualifications

• Less than High School education or one month of related experience.
• Availability to work 3rd shift and weekends may be required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Ability to count money and perform basic arithmetic with cash.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers courteously and answer questions.
• Process payments for parking services and manage cash transactions.
• Arrive on time in uniform and maintain neat appearance.
• Give directions and inform customers about city locations.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management.
• Learn each event location and its requirements.
• Count bank money at shift start and verify cash total.
• Issue receipts or tickets and maintain security of cash.
• Prepare and complete cashier shift reports.
