Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, seeks Special Events Attendants to support sports and entertainment events in Atlanta. The role emphasizes delivering friendly customer service, processing payments for parking services, and guiding guests through entry and exit areas.

You will maintain a neat uniform, arrive on time for scheduled shifts, and help manage traffic flow at gates while answering questions and providing local venue directions. The position offers flexible scheduling and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short memos, and basic correspondence.
• Ability to add/subtract two-digit numbers and multiply/divide with tens/hundreds.
• Maintain neat appearance and wear a complete uniform at all times.

Responsibilities

• Courteously assist customers and answer questions.
• Receive payments and facilitate traffic flow through the gate.
• Arrive on time and on schedule in uniform.
• Provide directions and knowledge of surrounding locations to customers and staff.
• Count cash at start of shift and ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Issue receipts or tickets and balance shift transactions.
