Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is hiring a Special Events Attendant to support sports and entertainment events in Arlington. You will greet guests, answer questions, process payments for parking, and help maintain smooth traffic flow at entrances and exits.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to perform basic cash-related math and make change.

Responsibilities

• Courteously assist customers and answer questions.
• Process payments for parking services and manage transactions.
• Direct traffic and ensure safe entry/exit through the gate.
• Arrive on time, in uniform, and maintain neat appearance.
• Learn each event location and its requirements.
• Report accidents or safety concerns to management.
• Count starting cash and reconcile shift at end.
