Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Personal Care Assistance training prior to working with students.
• Ongoing professional development required.

Responsibilities

• Supports and supervises students during transportation to and from school.
• Assists students with entering and exiting vehicles and with mobility needs.
• Implements behavior, health, and transportation plans in accordance with IEPs.
• Monitors student safety and confidentiality; communicates with staff.
• Collaborates with drivers, teachers, and other staff to ensure safe transport.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
