• Utilize GPS-based AVL to verify routing efficiency and conduct audits.
• Collaborate with Administrator and Field Operation Managers on routing implementation.
• Review routing/stop appeals with Administrator and Operation Manager.
• Maintain and update Routing Specialist procedures manual.
