Fremont Public Schools in Fremont, Nebraska seeks a Special Education Teacher (Resource 2) at Washington Elementary for a full-time contract beginning August 2027. Qualifications include Nebraska Teaching Certificate with the appropriate endorsement in Special Education and experience in Mild‑Moderate disabilities.

Formación

• Nebraska Teaching Certificate with appropriate endorsement in Special Education.
• Education degree(s) as required for Nebraska licensure.
• Experience or training in regular and special education settings is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with other professionals to provide necessary and appropriate programming for students with disabilities.
• Instruct assigned students at the designated locations and times.
• Develop and manage IEPs in conjunction with the IEP team.
• Plan a program of study and modify curriculum to meet individual student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to set instructional goals and methods.
• Select and modify instructional materials and supervise paraeducators.
