Job summary

KIPP Public Schools Northern California is seeking a dedicated Special Education teacher to drive inclusive, high-quality instruction. You will lead IEP development, coordinate with the Leadership Team, and deliver targeted supports to diverse learners.

We value data-driven practice, restorative approaches, and strong family partnerships, while supporting professional growth and collaboration across campus.

Qualifications

• Hold a B.A./B.S degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Holds a valid Special Education credential, or eligibility for a provisional permit.
• Experience designing and implementing IEPs and related services.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of IEPs in line with laws.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set measurable annual goals.
• Provide specialized instruction and behavioral support.
• Analyze data to monitor progress and inform practice.
• Develop daily/long-term lesson plans aligned to IEPs and KIPP goals.
