Step into a vital role making a meaningful impact on young lives by supporting elementary and middle school students who benefit from specialized instruction and care. This contract position offers the opportunity to work within two classrooms designed for exceptional learners, each thoughtfully staffed and resourced to help you thrive.

In the elementary setting, you will teach a small caseload of six students, all with mild needs and requiring toileting support. You'll collaborate with a dedicated teaching assistant and a behavior technician to foster a positive, inclusive environment where every child can achieve their best.

Within the middle school classroom, you will guide eleven students, providing educational leadership alongside a strong team - one teacher, three full-time teaching assistants, and a 1:1 aide supporting a student with a feeding tube. Some students require toileting assistance, and you'll play a central role in helping every student take meaningful steps forward.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Experience with elementary and/or middle school-aged students
• Familiarity with toileting assistance and adaptive care routines
