Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Special Education certification required.
• Experience with elementary and/or middle school students.
• Familiarity with toileting assistance and adaptive care routines.
• Ability to collaborate with support staff in a structured environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized instruction based on student IEP goals.
• Ensure student safety and dignity during toileting routines.
• Collaborate with assistants, behavior staff, and 1:1 aides.
• Adapt lesson plans for diverse learning profiles.
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes.
