Job summary

Roseville Area Schools seeks a licensed Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year at Edgerton Elementary School. The teacher will develop and provide instruction aligned to state standards, assess progress, and manage IEP responsibilities. Collaboration with general education staff and communication with families are essential.

The position is 1.0 FTE, starting October 22, 2026, with minimum starting salary of $53,085 plus district health and dental insurance contributions.

Qualifications

• Must hold MN Teaching License in Special Education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide instruction aligned to standards.
• Evaluate student progress against objectives.

• Collaborate with general education staff including possible co-teaching.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians.
• Schedule students and paraprofessionals; supervise paraprofessionals.
