Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
• Eligibility for or possession of VDOE certification with endorsement in special education.
• Strong instructional, communication, and classroom management skills.

• Adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs using research-based strategies.
• Collaborate with specialists and families to support student progress.
• Assess student performance and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Maintain documentation of student data and compliance.
