In this role, you will diagnose learning gaps, collaborate with families, and apply SESI’s evidence-based instructional models and PBIS CASE to help each student shine. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional skill gaps.
• Collaborate with school teams and families to deliver SESI’s learning models and PBIS CASE.
• Develop individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management, crisis intervention, and safety procedures as needed.
• Maintain student documents such as IEPs and BIPs, incident reports and high-risk forms.
• Track and drive student growth toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
• Supervise and monitor students during movement to and from locations within the school.
