Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking teachers to shine in special and alternative education settings nationwide.

You will diagnose and address learning and behavioral gaps, collaborate with school teams and families, and apply SESI’s evidence-based instructional models and CASE framework to empower students to reach their potential. • Diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional skill gaps; personalize guidance.
• Collaborate with school teams and families to implement SESI’s learning models and PBIS CASE framework.
• Inspire and transform through innovative learning approaches and smaller class sizes.
• Develop and maintain individualized, skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Maintain student documents (IEPs, BIPs, incident reports, high-risk evaluations).
• Track and drive student growth toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
