Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and valid Michigan Teaching Certificate required.
• Special Education Endorsements preferred.

• Ability to differentiate instruction and support individual learning needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess instruction based on individual student needs.
• Provide differentiated instruction, accommodations, and interventions using student data.
• Support students with various learning and special education needs.
• Create a structured, positive, and productive classroom environment.
• Work closely with general education teachers, support staff, families, and administrators.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
• Maintain accurate student records and prepare required reports.
• Use technology to manage records, analyze student data, and support instruction.
