Frisco ISD is seeking a Campus Principal to lead an inclusive environment that empowers every student to reach their potential, including those with special education needs. You will guide ARD teams, design individualized supports, and ensure alignment with district expectations.

You will collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maintain standards, monitor progress, and promote positive student outcomes across all classrooms and programs.

Competenze

• Valid Texas teaching certificate in Special Education.
• Experience with ARD process and IEPs.
• Knowledge of grade level standards and best practices.

Mansioni

• Participate in ARD processes and collaborate with students, parents, campus, and district staff to develop IEPs.
• Attend ARD Committee meetings regularly.
• Maintain knowledge of curriculum and instruction standards and best practices.
• Conduct ongoing student achievement assessments and analyze progress data.
• Provide data-based academic and behavioral support recommendations.
• Collaborate with staff to implement modifications and accommodations and behavior supports.
• Supervise paraprofessionals and volunteers and coordinate schedules.
• Sponsor or attend campus activities as assigned.
