Qualifications

• Valid Texas teaching certificate in Special Education.
• Experience providing specialized instruction under IEPs.
• Ability to collaborate in ARD meetings.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ARD process to develop appropriately challenging IEPs.
• Participate in ARD Committee meetings regularly.
• Maintain knowledge of curriculum and standards; monitor progress.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of student achievement; analyze progress data.
• Provide data-based academic and behavioral support recommendations.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement modifications and accommodations.
• Support special education students across settings; present material per IEP guidelines.
• Collaborate on student daily schedules and supervise paraprofessionals.
