• Bachelor's degree in education-related field or equivalent.
• Experience with K-12 students and ability to support diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
• Communicate progress and challenges with staff and families.
• Develop detailed lesson plans and obtain administrator approval.
• Participate in IEP meetings as scheduled by the school.
• Use individualized reinforcement techniques to support student progress.
• Invite family participation in student education progress.
• Prepare and distribute quarterly progress reports.
• Collaborate with on-site therapists on behavioral issues.
• Create a safe, productive classroom environment.
