• Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEP) for students.
• Communicate progress and challenges to families and staff.
• Prepare detailed lesson plans and obtain administrator approval.
• Participate in IEP meetings as scheduled by the school.
• Use positive reinforcement techniques to support student growth.
• Invite families to participate in educational progress.
• Prepare and distribute quarterly progress reports.
• Collaborate with on-site therapists on student behavioral plans.
• Create a safe, productive classroom environment.
