Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year in Minnesota. The position is contract-based across several elementary sites with a 37.5 hour work week, starting September 8, 2026 and ending June 10, 2027, serving students with diverse learning needs.

Openings require ASD, DCD, EBD, or ABS licensure (Tier 3 or Tier 4) and demonstrated classroom management plus strong communication with students, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience as a Special Education Teacher in a school setting.
• Valid Tier 3 or Tier 4 Minnesota Special Education license in ASD, DCD, EBD, ABS.
• Strong classroom management skills and ability to provide individualized instructional strategies.
• Excellent communication style with students, staff, and families.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor goals.
