Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC in North St. Paul, MN is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time, in-person role in a multiple needs, center-based classroom with a high school caseload.

You will develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with school teams and families to support carryover of skills while maintaining compliant records and progress notes.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Special Education license through PELSB.
• Previous classroom experience preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.

Responsibilities

• Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
