Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Special Education Teacher for a contracted role serving high school students in a Minnesota community school. Onsite duties cover grades 9–12 with individualized instruction and tailored behavioral supports.

The position emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ongoing professional growth, and licensure placement for Out of Field opportunities. Hours run weekdays with a standard school-day schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Job description

This contract opportunity places you at the heart of 9th-12th grade classrooms where you’ll work onsite with a diverse caseload, providing individualized instruction and tailored behavioral supports. Engage in meaningful collaboration with staff focused on meeting the needs of at-risk learners. The school actively encourages professional growth and offers support for Out of Field Licensure Placement if needed.

Key Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota teaching license in EBD, ASD, or ABS (or eligible for Out of Field Placement)

Main Responsibilities

This contract runs from August 31, 2026, through June 4, 2027, with teaching hours from 7:15 am to 3:15 pm, Monday through Friday, and a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
