Responsibilities

• Implement and follow state regulation guidelines in the student initial referral process.
• Summarize evaluations and cooperatively create IEP goals at IEP Team conference.
• Coordinate and inform IEP Team members of weekly CARE team meetings.
• Maintain individual student progress portfolios and daily progress notes.
• Incorporate IEP goals into daily lessons aligned to NC standards.
• Present lessons aligned to IEP goals and provide materials for implementation.
