Responsibilities

• Participates in Special Education Evaluation/Placement Team and Referral Review Team meetings as assigned.
• Prepares, implements, and monitors appropriate Individual Education Plans for assigned students.
• Initiates and maintains regular contact with parents of students assigned to their classroom.
• Leads students toward the fulfillment of their potential for intellectual, emotional, and psychological growth and maturation.
