Responsibilities

• Collaborate with students, parents, and staff to develop IEPs through ARD.
• Implement instructional/therapeutic programs and document prep.
• Assess student learning styles and adapt instruction accordingly.
• Present material using varied instructional techniques and media including technology.
• Modify regular curricula to support SPED students in regular classes.
• Participate in ARD meetings and selection of instructional media.
• Plan and supervise aides and volunteers.
