ABA RESULTS LLC is seeking an engaged Special Education Teacher to provide individualized instruction to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a private school setting.

You will develop IEPs, apply ABA and TEACCH-based teaching, adapt materials, and support academic, communication, social, and daily living goals. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team and communicate progress to families in a compliant, data-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• State teaching certification in Special Education preferred.
• Experience with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and data collection methods preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s needs.
• Deliver instruction using ABA, TEACCH, and other structured teaching strategies.
• Adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning styles and developmental levels.
• Provide direct instruction in academic, communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, speech therapists, OT, and other specialists.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and professional development.
• Supervise paraprofessionals or RBTs as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and state/federal regulations.
