All About Kids, Inc. is hiring a Special Education Teacher/Special Instructor (ABA) to deliver high-quality educational and therapeutic services to children with autism and developmental delays.

The role covers classroom, therapy room, and community settings, collaborating with speech, OT, and behavior analysts. You will design IEPs, implement ABA-based interventions, maintain progress records, and communicate with families to support student growth.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in Education and NYSPED certification are required.
• Proficiency with computers and electronic billing systems is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Excellent time management, punctuality, and readiness to work are expected.
• ABA experience: minimum 10–12 hours of training or willingness to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior plans.
• Provide instruction in classroom, therapy room, and community settings.
• Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and behavior analysts.
• Develop and implement ABA-based interventions for behaviors and skills.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and program effectiveness.
• Communicate with families and team members to ensure collaboration and support.
