Navra is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support students in an elementary resource setting. The role focuses on helping students access grade-level curriculum with individualized academic, behavioral, and executive-function support.

You will coordinate and write IEPs, maintain progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings while collaborating with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families to ensure inclusive access and success.

Formación

• Active California SPED credential or eligible SPED credential.
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and compliance.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and school teams.

Special Education Teacher – Elementary Resource

We are hiring a full-time Special Education Teacher to support students in a resource setting. This position focuses on helping students access grade-level curriculum while receiving individualized academic, behavioral, and executive-function support.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide specialized instruction to middle school students with IEPs in a resource setting
• Manage a caseload, including writing and updating IEPs, progress reports, and present levels
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families
• Support accommodations, modifications, and inclusion services across school settings
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed

Requirements:

• Active California Education Specialist credential or eligible California SPED credential
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes, compliance, and differentiated instruction
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and school teams
