Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a contract special education teacher to serve middle school students near Lancaster, CA. This full-time roving position runs Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with August 10 start through June 3rd.

You’ll collaborate with RSP teachers to manage a caseload of about 28 students, implement IEPs, maintain records, and build positive relationships. Pay starts at $45+ per hour with experience-based adjustments.

Qualifications

• Valid Special Education Teaching credential (CA credential preferred, or eligibility for reciprocity).
• Experience supporting diverse learners at the middle school level.
• Understanding of IEP processes and ability to implement individualized learning plans.
