Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a center-based high school caseload in North St. Paul, MN. This in-person, full-time position offers collaboration with therapists and teachers to support students with multiple needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education or related field.
• Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license through PELSB.

Responsibilities

• Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
