Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year in Muskegon, MI. This is a full-time, in-person position with ASD endorsement requirement and a competitive pay range of $45-60 per hour.

• In-person classroom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
