Ampersand Therapy is hiring Special Education Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year in the Marana, AZ area. This in-person, full-time role offers a pay rate of $45 per hour and the opportunity to support diverse learners in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related field.
• Active Arizona Special Education Teacher license.
• Active Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Experience in classroom setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
