Ampersand Therapy in Englewood, CO is seeking a Special Education Teacher for a center-based ASD classroom for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time role supports elementary students with individualized instruction and IEP implementation.

You will collaborate with paraprofessionals, specialists, families, and school staff, maintain progress documentation, adapt curriculum, and ensure a structured, supportive learning environment. License in Special Education and autism experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Colorado Department of Education Special Education license.
• Experience supporting students with autism preferred.
• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

About the Role

Hello, Special Education Teachers! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Special Education Teacher to support students in a center-based ASD classroom in Englewood, CO. You'll provide individualized instruction, implement IEPs, support student communication and behavior needs, and create a structured, supportive classroom environment. You'll work closely with paraprofessionals, specialists, families, and the school team.

What We're Looking For
