Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Special Education Teacher to support students in a center-based ASD classroom in Englewood, CO. You will provide individualized instruction, implement IEPs, and support communication and behavior needs in a structured environment.

You will collaborate with paraprofessionals, families, and school staff, monitor progress, and adjust instruction to meet diverse learning needs. This is a full-time position starting September 2026 for the school year.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado Department of Education license with Special Education endorsement.
• Experience with autistic students preferred.
• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.
