Ampersand Therapy is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time role in Eagleville, TN. You’ll develop IEPs, provide individualized instruction, and collaborate with a supportive district and therapist-led team.

Compensation includes up to $50/hour, a stable school-year schedule, W-2 employment with liability insurance, healthcare benefits and a 401(k) with company match. Licensure reimbursement and professional development support are also provided.

Qualificações

• TN certification for Special Education Teaching with Interventionist or Comprehensive Endorsement.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Special Education.
• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.
• Provide specialized instruction across academic subjects.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a structured, supportive environment.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Write progress reports and maintain compliant documentation.
• Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies for diverse learning needs.
• Incorporate technology and resources to enhance learning.
