Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; additional 48 college credits, AA degree, or ParaPro required for Title One Schools.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with IEP goals under supervision of a special education teacher.
• Support student independence and assist with personal care needs as required.
• Monitor and document student progress; communicate with staff and parents as needed.
• Assist with classroom materials, equipment, and accessibility; help maintain safety.
