Job summary

Amergis is seeking a School Aide to support students needing instructional or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department and teachers.

Responsibilities include aiding with personal mobility and therapeutic care as prescribed by health professionals; applicants must have a high school diploma, be at least 18, and meet health/clearance requirements such as CPR, TB screening, and health certificate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Current CPR certification if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities
