• WIN Assessment minimum Silver: Level 4 or higher or Work Keys scores in three areas (Applied Mathematics 4, Reading for Information 4, Writing 4) or ParaPro passing score (456).
• Alternatives to the above qualifications may be considered by the Board.

Responsibilities

• Assist the teacher with supervision, care, and instruction of students with special needs.
• Implement plans for instruction and monitor student behavior.
• Provide information to school personnel and maintain data on IEP goals.
