Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking an Academic Director to lead instructional programs for students with diverse needs.

You will supervise curriculum implementation, monitor progress, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and district officials to ensure IEP alignment and PBIS effectiveness. In this role, you will manage budgets, develop policies, guide staff professional development, and maintain records while upholding compliance with state licensing and education

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree in Education, Special Education, Social or Behavior Sciences, or a related field is required.
• Administration credential is preferred.
• Extensive experience with students with disabilities is strongly preferred.

• Ensuring that academic policies and curriculum are followed.
• Developing and tracking benchmarks for measuring institutional success.
• Helping teachers maximize their teaching potential.
• Meeting with parents and administrators on a regular basis for problem resolution.
• Lead the development and implementation of a school-wide PBIS program.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain the school's budget and financial records.
• Collaborate with the finance department for reports and forecasts.
