Job summary

Vertex Education is seeking an ESS Records Coordinator to support compliance and enrollment tracking across campuses. You will manage original special education and 504 files, maintain enrollment data, and prepare reports for the ESS team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in education or customer service, experience with e-IEP PRO and PowerSchool, and strong Microsoft Office skills. A valid IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a school environment.
• Two or more years of experience in a customer service related field.
• Associate’s Degree preferred (not required).
• IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Manage original special education & 504 files for all campuses.
• Track and update due dates with appropriate parties.
• Create and manage charts, documents, and reports as needed.
• Assist Compliance Coordinator and Director with data collection.
• Process invoices, requisitions, and purchases for the ESS Department.
• Manage reports within e-IEP PRO.
• Record minutes at department meetings and trainings.
• Process enrollments and record requests from campuses.
