Warrensburg R-VI School District is seeking a Special Education Process Coordinator to lead the district’s special education process at Ridge View Elementary School, reporting to the Director of Special Programs. This role focuses on policy compliance, program quality, and staff collaboration.

The position emphasizes instructional leadership, school management, and community partnerships, with a 191-day contract and stipend-based compensation per the board schedule.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education and/or School Administration is required.
• Certification in at least one area of special education or related area is required.
• Minimum five years of classroom teaching experience in special education.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality instructional program by managing operation of the school program, personnel, and facilities for the benefit of students.
• Provide for effective day-to-day operation of the special education program.
• Promote and maintain a positive school climate by implementing Warrensburg R-VI School Discipline policy.
• Conduct self as a representative of the school and maintain good relations with the community and superintendent.
• Complete other duties assigned by the Director of Special Programs and the Superintendent.
