The position is a school-year-only position. The position is 35 hours per week and eligible for benefits, which include paid medical and dental insurance for the employee.
The individual in this position will be providing support to students in our PreK program housed at Windham Primary School or possibly one of our community partners located in Windham.
Students require support given emotional and behavioral challenges; learning disabilities; and cognitive disabilities both in the regular and special education settings.
The assignment will include working with students to support functional goals that include personal hygiene, self-care, and executive functioning, among others.
Candidates for this position must have the ability to create and maintain positive relations with students, school personnel, parents, and citizens, and to collaborate with the appropriate stakeholders to maintain a high quality of service.
