Job summary

The Contoocook Valley School District is seeking a Special Education Paraprofessional at South Meadow School in Peterborough, NH. You will support teachers and therapists by implementing IEP goals and providing educational assistance under close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Reads, understands and implements IEP goals as directed.
• Facilitates participation of students in accessing the general curriculum.
• Gathers and records data on IEP goals and shares insights with the team.
• Supports school values and instructional expectations.
• Maintains confidentiality of student information.
• Prepares educational materials as directed and participates in meetings.
• Creates substitute paraprofessional plans and participates in trainings.
