Job summary

• Valid Illinois Paraprofessional or Substitute License required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting academic, behavioral, and functional skill development in whole-class, small-group, and individual settings.
• Implementing IEPs and BIPs with fidelity.
• Collecting and documenting student progress using data collection methods.
• Supporting students in general education and inclusive environments.
• Providing supervision during arrival, dismissal, transitions, and other designated times.
• Participating in ongoing progress reviews, as appropriate.
• Collaborating with teachers, specialists, administrators, and families to ensure a cohesive, student-centered experience.
• Addressing student, staff, and parent concerns in a professional and constructive manner.
