Job summary
Lewis-Palmer School District in Monument, CO is seeking a full-time Special Education Paraprofessional for the 2026-27 school year to support students with severe needs in the Middle School's Severe Needs Program. You will work one-on-one or in small groups following individualized education plans and collaborate with a dedicated team.
Starting wage is $19.95–$21.51 per hour, with eligibility for Colorado PERA retirement and health insurance benefits.
Qualifications
- Must be willing and able to work with students with severe needs in the Severe Needs Program at our Middle School.
- Must be willing and able to support students with a variety of special needs.
- Must be a flexible team player and have the genuine desire to work with middle school ages.
- Must be able to assist in small group activities or work one-on-one to follow the educational support plans for the students.
