Building Connections Behavioral Health, INC. is hiring a School-Based Special Education Paraprofessional in Martinez/Concord, CA.

This in-person role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with a pay rate of $22–$28 per hour based on experience and education. Qualifications

About The Role

• Hours: In-person, Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 3:00PM.
• Pay: $22-$28/HR (based on experience, certification, and education).
• Certification: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required or willingness to become certified within 90 days (paid training included!).

As a School-Based Special Education Paraprofessional, you’ll provide 1:1 behavioral and academic support to students with autism and other developmental differences.
