Constellation Schools is hiring an Instructional Paraprofessional in Cleveland, Ohio for the 2026-2027 School Year. Under supervision, the paraprofessional provides instructional support, assists with technology-based learning, and helps students achieve academic goals.

The role involves small-group work, one-to-one student support, and potential safety-related duties, with ongoing training. Strong licensure (educational) and ESEA qualifications are required, along with 1–2 years' experience

Qualifications

• Educational licensure is required.
• 1-2 years' experience with students with special needs preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and restrain a student if needed.
• Reliability, punctuality and adaptability are essential.
• Follow safety plans and communicate with the Principal and teachers.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with academic requirements and small-group instruction.
• Support the teacher with lesson objectives and assessments.
• Provide personal assistance and safety support as needed.
• Create a welcoming, positive learning environment.
• Complete required training and associated paperwork.
